Most men are busy. Few are living deliberately.
A Considered Life offers personal coaching for men who want to stop drifting and start living with intention.
We work with the whole person — mind, body, soul, work, and relationships — because no single area of life stands apart from the rest.
The need is urgent. The stakes are high. But the path isn’t always clear.
The world needs strong men now more than ever. At the same time, there are more resources aimed at men today than ever before and more confusion about what it actually means to live well as a man. Loud voices compete for our attention: some tell us to dominate, others to diminish ourselves. A Considered Life is for the man who wants to think past the noise and to develop a positive vision for leading a worthy life.
Coaching as examined living.
A Considered Life draws on the ancient idea that no one becomes virtuous by accident. The good life requires careful thought, willful intention, and a clear plan. But it also requires encouragement and accountability. Our coaching centers around reflective conversations, directed readings, and non-judgmental support.
We work across the whole of your life, because no single area stands alone.

“It is consideration that brings order out of disorder.”
-Bernard of Clairvaux
Consideration is simply the careful examination of your life so that you can align your daily behaviors with your deepest beliefs.
One-on-one. Unhurried. Personal.
This is not a group program, a course, or a cookie-cutter framework. It's a conversation that seeks to apply timeless principles to the concrete particulars of your own life.
1. A discovery conversation
We begin with a free session to understand where you are, what’s pulling at you, and whether working together makes sense. No pressure. No pitch.
2. A map of your life
Together we look honestly at each domain of your life. The goal here is clarity, not condemnation. Where are you flourishing? Where are you languishing? Where have you plateaued? What matters most to you, and why?
3. Ongoing sessions
Regular one-on-one calls where we go deep, hold you accountable to your own intentions, and make steady progress. The program also includes suggested readings, guided reflections, and light email support in between sessions.
